Refund/Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we can not accept refunds/exchanges on products that are changed mind/not wanted. However if your product is faulty/damaged we will honour an exchange as long as the outer packaging seal has not been broken.

All our lashes are handmade with care, some lashes may look slightly different due to this but it is not a fault of the lashes and makes each pair of lashes unique.

If your product is faulty/damaged and you require an exchange please contact us at sales@pastellebeauty.co.uk within 7 days where we will give you the information on the replacement process.
